EVVIVA IL GELATO

This morming with the 3-year-old group, we explored the world of gastronomy by making sensory ice creams. And what does that mean? We created ice creams using shaving foam and paint. Each child chose their favorite flavors and added sprinkles on top. Everyone made their own ice cream, pretending to be at the ice cream shop and becoming ice cream makers! Unstructured play is important for children because it gives them a sense of freedom and control. It also allows them to learn about themselves, what they like and dislike, and even make mistakes without feeling pressured!
